Leaves, Attendance & Payroll Processing Software.
We at VITS have developed yet another software which is for a primary function of payroll processing. Managing all your payroll related activities can now be done easily like leaves, attendance and payroll processing. Seagull-Payroll comes in two main versions: Standard and Premium, with features of each.
Seagull-Payroll is web-based and is hosted on customer’s server / hosting space. Hence, all data remains secure with the customer. Software can be accessed from anywhere and by all employees .

For each employee salary structure can be added with all applicable allowances and deductions. Employee Grades and salary slabs table can be prepared. Based on attendance, his salary slip is generated and can be viewed online by individual employees. A consolidated salary sheet can be generated for processing salaries through bank.
Each employee can submit his queries/questions/grievances related to his leave balance, salary calculations, holidays, increments etc. or similar issues. This will be handled by concerned officer and progress/status will be visible to all concerned. This avoids unnecessary calls, emails, meetings or misunderstandings.
Holidays of the year can be added for knowledge of all employees. Each employee will know his applicable leaves, can apply online for any leave and will also know his balance leaves. He can get alerts for approval or otherwise of his leave.
For this, job requirements / job profiles for various posts can be prepared by HR/Admin and used for reference, for advertisement, etc. Scheduling of interviews, appointments, placement, training, performance monitoring, experience certificates etc. can be managed.
Attendance of each employee can be added through Biometric Attendance machine, or through excel sheet, or manually one by one. Monthly attendance report is generated and previous attendance reports can be viewed easily.
Entry gate pass for incoming visitors can be generated on the basis of confirmation of the officer concerned (optional). Record of various types of visitors is maintained.
